Clearing Up #NoBieberonGLEE

Hi GLEEks!

There needs to be something cleared right now! The GLEEmunity is not trying to start a fight with Beliebers, but we are trying to defend what is right for our favorite show. We want what's right for it. We just happen to believe that when someone does not understand the meaning of the show & think it's shallow, well how shallow of that person who wants to be on just as a gimmicky publicity stunt.

Please read my previous post to see my feelings on this. It is nothing against his fans, but it's against someone who is obviously not right for the show.

Belieber, chill out! Take a step back & read the arguments as to why he isn't right & how he isn't handling this well at all. Please see his immaturity level with this whole thing.

You all want him on just for him to be on. There is no depth of reasoning beyond that. The GLEEmunity wants to keep up the integrity of the show.

After you have really looked at your reasoning you want him on the show as opposed to the mass of those who don't want him on the show, you will see there is a large difference.

Like him if you want, but it doesn't mean he needs to be on the show because he sings & looks cute. Yes he's a big name right now, but that doesn't mean he's right for the show. How many times do I need to put that to make it clear?

Thank you for your understanding as we continue the campaign for #NoBieberonGLEE.

  1. Hey yo, it's @kyle_vernor again. You're not going to like this, but I still disagree. To say that Bieber isn't "right for the show" is an opinion, not the substantial facts that you promised me on Twitter. Also, to say that having him on the show would lessen the show's integrity is a joke. This campaign is lessening the integrity way more than having a teen star on the show would be. It's also extremely immature, so that quip at his immaturity level is a little hypocritical.

I'm still unconvinced, but just in case, I'll go ahead and read the third article.
